For over twenty-five years, Werner Keller was an Associate Partner
of the Sutts, Strosberg Law Firm practicing in the areas of
corporate law, commercial and class action litigation. He is currently a
Business Law Lecturer at the University of Windsor. He also provides conflict
resolution services like mediation and arbitration.
In addition to being a law graduate from the University of Windsor, Mr.
Keller also holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of
Applied Science (Chemical Engineering) from the University of
Windsor. Prior to entering law, Werner Keller worked as a Chemical
Engineer for Union Carbide Canada as a Product Development Specialist in
Montréal, Québec.
Werner Keller has a long-standing commitment and dedication to his hometown community of Windsor, having served as Chair/Director of the Board of the Multicultural Council of Windsor and Essex County, Chair of Massey Secondary School Parent Advisory Council, Director of the Board of the Centre for Environmental Health of Ontario and Assistant Coach for the Windsor Minor Hockey Association.
From 2010 to 2016, Werner served on the Board of Governors of
the University of Windsor by appointment of Lieutenant Governor in Council, and
served as Vice Chair of that board and a board representative on University
Senate.
Mr. Keller is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, The Law Society
of Upper Canada, the Professional Engineers of Ontario, ADR Institute of Canada
(Ontario) and the recipient of
numerous scholastic awards.
Werner Keller has three adult daughters, Elise, Justine & Erica, and
he resides in Tecumseh, Ontario.
